Enjoy as many accounts on our shared Nextcloud file server (provided you stay under you disk quota).
File sharing allows you to access documents via the web using an office suite. Documents and spreadsheets can be shared with your team, edited and commented upon by collaborators, or make your documents fully public via randomized links. Files can also be accessed via the desktop Nextcloud app or on your phone via the mobile app.
Use the calendar feature for your personal calendar, or created a shared team calendar; sync to your mobile phone or desktop computer or publish as an ICS file for others to import. Able to sync with Google Calendars while you transition.
Maintain your contacts - either personal or shared with your team; sync to your mobile device so you have a backup without depending on Google or Apple.
Enjoy many other applications on Nextcloud, including forms, a deck for a kanban-like project management, and poll app for finding common meeting dates or other questions.
