The May First/People Link Membership Meeting will take place simultaneously in Brooklyn, Mexico City and online on Friday, November 11 and Saturday, November 12.
If you need childcare, please indicate on the registration form and register by Friday November 4th. If you have questions about childcare, please email members-meeting@mayfirst.org.
Members are responsible for electing people to the Leadership Committee, choosing the priorities for the coming year, and approving proposed changes to the [official documents](https://mayfirst.org /official-documents/).
Friday workshops will happen separately in Brooklyn (in english only) and in Mexico (in spanish only). Online participants may join either the Brooklyn or Mexico sessions via a web-based video conference. Schedule subject to change.

Portions of the Saturday sessions will by joint sessions, connecting both Brooklyn and Mexico locations via video conferences. Those portions are labeled “joint.” The remaining sessions will take place separately. Most sessions will also be broadcast online with the ability of members to submit questions via text chat while watching full video and audio. Those sessions are marked “online.”
