Servers Affected: all Date: 2008-07-29 All servers will be upgraded to the most recent Debian release (called Etch and a half) Wednesday morning between 9:00 and 10:00 am America/New_York time. This upgrade will not require a server reboot, however, the *web service* on all servers will be restarted, which will result in about 30 seconds of downtime for all web sites.

They are planning maintenance early Monday morning, July 14 between 1:00 am and 5:00 am America/New_York time.

Servers affected: ida, patrice, ali, audre Date: 2008-07-07 At approximately 7:00 pm America/New_York time on July 4 our Sunset Park office experienced a brief (3 second) brown out causing three servers to reboot. One of the servers (ali, aka c.backup.mayfirst.org) is our off-site backup server. Due to the need to enter an encrypted passphrase to start ali (and the holiday weekend), ali was down until Sunday evening, July 6, around 7:00 pm America/New_York.
